Comfort Eduserve Limited is a partner of reputable universities in the UK and we support African students to study, work and live in the UK. Here is our agreement: 1. Comfort Eduserve Limited requests a non-refundable payment of 100.000 naira only as a service charge. Our service includes: ● Providing students with the best University choices based on their educational background and work experience ● Correspond with the Schools on your behalf – we create emails for each student and we share the details with you. ● Arranging for the Student’s CAS Letter from the University for Visa application process. ● Advise students on the Method of Tuition Payments to their respective universities ● Providing Students with the necessary information required to prepare for visa application. ● Formalizing the student’s visa application and Submission to the British High commission. ● Providing enrollment guidance to the student. ● Providing assistance to the students in booking accommodation and directives on getting part-time jobs on arrival to the United Kingdom. 2. Each Student traveling with family, will be charged for 50,000 NAIRA EACH dependent accompanying them. 3. It is the responsibility of the student to provide genuine and authentic documents. Comfort Eduserve DOES NOT accept any kind of fake documents for application and visa processing. Any student submitting documentation (financial or Academic) to Comfort Eduserve Limited that subsequently proves to be fraudulent will be reported to the appropriate authorities including the British High Commission. 4. Comfort Eduserve Limited will not be responsible in any form for Admission/Visa refusals caused by fraudulent or fake documents provided by the student. 5. There will be NO REFUND of service Charges in case of the student not meeting the university’s admission entry requirement. 6. There will be NO REFUND of service Charges in case the British High Commission rejects the student’s Visa application. 7. Kindly note that international student visa requirements are subject to changes in Policy. Comfort Eduserve Limited is not responsible for any of such changes nor can it control the timing of each. 8. As the University’s representative, Comfort Eduserve limited is solely responsible for the student visa application after CAS Letter has been received.
● No refund after Service charge payment ● The students can only withdraw his/her proceedings with Comfort Eduserve Limited before the launching of their university application. ● However, Comfort Eduserve Limited will refund the service charge in case of application refusal as a result of a Delay or process caused by Comfort Eduserve Limited.
Refund Of Tuition Deposit From The University
● Comfort Eduserve Limited does not take responsibility of the tuition fee refund from the university, however, will try its best to facilitate the student refund process. ● Universities have different refund policies and the students must adhere strictly to the policies.
Referrals And Incentives
● Each registered student of Comfort Eduserve limited is entitled to a referral bonus of £200 GBP paid on the successful enrollment and arrival of Students referred by them. Importantly, each student will have a dedicated and experienced Education Counsellor and member of staff of Comfort Eduserve Ltd, who will support their admission applications, CAS processing and visa applications. This will prompt a response to your application queries.
